Started as a music journalist back in 1995, two years later was invited to work with PR and marketing at the Pan-Baltic concert agency BDG (the first one to bring the performers of the size like Bryan Adams, Pet Shop Boys, Chris de Burgh to the Baltics). Eventually became interested in developing artists and in 2002 started his own company M.P.3, record label and concert agency. Successfully works with established Lithuanian acts and newcomers. Also is an agent, label, management in Lithuania for various acts from Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Belarus and Ukraine. Organized concerts from small clubs to the biggest arenas and open-air shows. Last year became one of the founders and current director of Lithuanian Music Business Association, which was the leading international partner of the Great Escape Festival 2016.
