Marianne Anderson is CMRRA’s Client Relations Manager. She joined CMRRA 1996 and has since held a number of different positions within CMRRA’s licensing, royalty and membership services areas, leading to a broad and specialized understanding of the company’s services and operations. In her current role, Marianne is a key resource to all of CMRRA’s existing and prospective clients by educating them on CMRRA’s services and ensuring their needs are well looked after. Prior to CMRRA, Marianne graduated from Fanshawe College with the completion of two music industry arts programs and an office administration program.
Founded in 1975, the Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency (CMRRA) Ltd is a music licensing collective representing music rights holders who range in size from large multinational music publishers to individual songwriters. Together, they own or administer the vast majority of songs recorded, sold and broadcast in Canada. On their behalf, CMRRA issues licences to individuals or organizations for the reproduction of songs on various media.
